Location: Flexible across EMEA
Territory: East Europe + MEA

In the function of Business Development Manager Enterprise & Public Sector you
will report to the EMEA E&PS Leader and will have close interlock with the
Markets Sales Leaders, GM’s Product BU, EMEA Sales Ops Manager as well as GSC
and Finance.

Your Responsibilities will include:

Quarterly Business Plan
• Support countries creating a sustainable quarterly business plan considering
the different aspects such as product portfolio mix, Channel integration.
• Support implementing RAD based coverage model and secure productivity gains
• Crosscheck shipped vs. planned on weekly basis to continuously improve
planning and (over-)achieving our targets
• Working with demand planning and market 4P to ensure hitting market share
IDC objectives, driving demand on available platforms and ensuring demand is
not building on existing inventory issues

Market Data / Competitor Analysis
• Regular data analysis and comparison with market/actual/planned shipments
• Share trends and new biz opportunities with Product Management
• Ongoing market competitor observation and feedback to Product Management
FCST
• Monitor business vs KPI’s
• Follow up on Pipeline quality per market
• Finance: Involve in the market 4P FCST submission to finance for the monthly
Mx, (0-3) updates

P&L
• Develop a good/deep understanding of countries P&L (down to TMC) as well EPS
margin structure per segment
• Scrutinize negative deals to ensure EMEA P&L is invested in highest volume
returns
Outbound
• Ensure setting right level of external activities and follow up on KPI’s
• Work with Markets/Countries and Sales Enablement for external Customer
activities

Customer Satisfaction
• Support Markets with Feedback and drive away roadblocks for higher Customer
Satisfaction

Position Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor, preferred Master Degree Business Administration, Computer
Science or equivalent
• 3-5 years previous experience in International Sales/ Sales Management
within the IT industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Entrepreneurship and with a high degree of self-motivation and drive
• Proficiency in Excel, and other office applications
• Strong analytical skills and detail oriented
• Fluent in English
