• Follow process and use drawing tools to complete daily task.

• Study MTL, SEB, CN, CBO, E-log information, customer requirement and building construction to design customized solution and contract layout drawing as below period and drawing type:

  • -Provide customer confirmed layout drawing that reflects product-hoistway interface in the pre-sale period.
  • -Provide production layout drawing that includes necessary manufacture parameter and installation information after-sale and before manufacture.
  • -Provide installation completion layout drawing according to customer’s requirement.

• Provide technical support and training for branch/sales Rep.

• Cooperate with colleagues for complexity projects.

• Attend related training or self-learning about ACE, product knowledge, technique skill and soft skill to improve competency and efficiency.

• Coordinate with other department for cross-problem solving, such as SIT, CLC, Mfg., FOD, SVC and so on.

• Complete temporary tasks assigned by manager/supervisor timely.
