• Coordinate and manage day-to-day activities to meet all Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) standards established by applicable law or regulation
• Develop EHS projects to help improve and enable improved safety, energy and wellness programs
• E - Run environmental reporting (waste & energy), identify improvement opportunities and implement them
• H – manage all heath related activities in collaboration with the plants
• S – Kautex will support you in becoming a certified health and safety officer
• Support managers in implementation of safety-related issues like risk assessment (e.g.), support plant safety committees
• Run safety report, analyze accidents and derive measures
• Contact person for safety related issues with technical focus in context with new project starts
• Ensure realization of fire safety requirements
• Support selection of personal protective equipment
• Lead improvements on the Kautex EHS Wiki (internal information page)
• Continuous participation in trainings related to Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) topics
  

• University degree in a technical discipline is required

• First practical experience in manufacturing company during studies especially in environment, health, safety or fire prevention are preferred

• Presentation skills

• KPI analysis and reporting experience welcome

• Strong Computer skills

• Knowledge of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements

• Fluent in English
