Job Summary:
Focus on EHS management and development for the whole plant. Participates in the cooperation within EHS of the business unit and its development. Support the business by providing expertise in EHS aspect to achieve EHS Target. Follows up the developments of the legislation, regulations and IR requirements within his/her area of responsibility.
Responsibilities:
1. Build an EHS engagement culture. Analyze and develop an EHS management strategy and vision to fully support company on operation excellence and aim to be world class.
2. Establish a standardization EHS management, included ISO 14001 environmental management system and OHSAS 18001 H&S management system and safety standardization management. And improving continuous.
3. Study Global BOS program and therefore, convert and combine with the existing EHS procedures, and facilitate plant's operation to follow up as Global required.
4. Study and Learn new law/regulation regularly and drive plant's operation within compliance.
5. Quarterly evaluate the factories' EHS performance and focus on gaps improvement.
6. Continuously organize job hazard analysis in factory, identify and supervise high-risk operation, pursue the corrective action in effective.
7. Build an effective audit/inspection mechanism, include BBS program, to encourage all level leaders and employees engage into the safety works.
8. Attend accident investigating, analyzing, handling and reporting (Lose time accident, recordable accident, first aid and near miss) and follow up the corrective action done and effectivity.
9. Liaison to all applicable government agencies. Review all the findings from internal/external auditing and other audit reports as required, and make corrective action accordingly.
10. Regularly review ATS (Action tracking system) of Gensuite and concerns, and facilitate corrective action management mechanism for EHS issues and assist on relevant improvement.
11. Be responsible for project EHS audit, e.g., installation, construction, renovation, and to keep operation was in excellence;
12. Manage and supervise contractor safety with project leaders. Work to permit management;
13. Use LSW standard to manage Daily MDI & SQDIP Gemba, and Kaimishibai Review;
14. Safety Technician Team Management and Security team management.
15. Support EHS department events
Qualifications:
1. University education or above in EHS related major.
2. Be fluent in English and oral, good computer skills.
3. Familiar with EHS management of new projects, and MOC program,
4. Above 5 years working experience in EHS management and construction management.
