• Bachelor degree or above, environment / safety related or mechanism

• Experience working for international companies

• Registered safety engineer

• Familiar with relevant laws and regulation and standards of China environment protection, occupational health, safety production.

• Proficient in applying EHS Management System

• Proficient in applying JSA and follow up gaps.

• Has workshop safety management experience

• Has EHS training design and conduct experience.

• Has experience in dealing with work injury and accident investigation.

• Has personal labor protective appliance management experience.

• Has special equipment and chemical management experience, such as pressure vessel and gas

• Has painting and foaming technology management experience.

• Has occupational health management experience.

• Has fire-fighting facilities and equipment management experience.

• Should possess strong leadership, training, safety risk management and problem solving.

• Must have interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization

• Maintain good relationship and communication with governmental department.

• Can reading and writing English

Job Description:

• Driving improvements in EHS Management Systems to enhance compliance, improve EHS performance, and achieve EHS excellence

• Ensures plant is in compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate guidelines, Understand the application of the latest safety standards and regulations for the management of the company at all levels to provide guidance and advice in terms of EHS

• Drive EHS performance improvement initiatives, standardized work processes and efficiencies

• Identify workplace hazards and perform daily inspection including machine safeguard, firefighting system, special equipment, PPE applicable, unsafe behavior, etc.

• Inform management of safety/security issues and status of EHS activities taken to resolve hazardous operating conditions

• Manage injuries, participate in incident investigations, make root cause analysis , follow up corrective action to reduce injury / disease

• Collaborates closely with the manufacturing, maintenance, logistic and ME to implement the EHS activities

• EHS management system, rules and regulations establishment and maintenance

• Approve company's safety, occupational health and environment related projects.

• Ensure emergency response plans are in place and aligned with local regulatory, regional, divisional and corporate requirements.

• .Management of the contractor to reduce the safety hazards of the construction.

• Report plant EHS issues and performance to operation and Asia EHS
