1. Assist the operations of Jingmen facility,Taicang facility and China Mueller Sourcing for EHS regulation implementation, improvement, and target realization.

2. Assure compliance to national regulations, ompany and regulatory standards for all EHS procedures and processes.

3. Drive EHS cultural change focused on aproactive, process and continuous improvement approach.

4. Drive a strong EHS mission through outstanding performance, investigation, follow-up and continuous improvement process and the initiation of action plans.

5. Establish and direct an overall vision and direction for the daily operations of the EHS function to meet established goals and objectives for the three functions.

6. Assess and implement the appropriate data tracking and analysis, and the maintenance of all required logs, and support information required within the organization as well as for all outside regulatory reporting requirements.

7. Administer and coordinate safety audits, safety committees and teams, required and necessary training and incident investigations.

8. Create, direct and maintain activities toreduce and/or eliminate job related injuries, illnesses, and health hazards and to meet the requirements of the industrial hygiene program.

9. Provide technical advice, coaching, guidance, and mentoring to all site personnel on all EHS initiatives.

10. Facilitate or conduct the analysis ofincidents, including first aid, near hits, and recordable injuries, and the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions .

11. Liaison between company and any outside medical source, potential hurt of health exams and maintains employee medical and worker compensation files.。

入职条件：

1. Bachelor Degree or above, Industry safety or Environmental engineeringor relevant.

2. CET4 or equivalent with certain speaking level.

3. Basic Characters

a. Recognition of corporate culture.

b. Integrity,innovative and enterprising.

c. Strong principle.

d. Strong ability of communication.

4. Be familiar with national and worldwide EHS related regulations .

5 . Be able to analyze systemically, establish effective corrective and preventive actions.

6. Over 5 years’experience of EHS management in mechanical industry.
