Major Responsibilities and Objectives

1. Assist in maintaining and developing EHS Management System.

2. Develop and implement safety, health, environmental, emergency response and fire protection guidelines to ensure smooth and safe operations

制定并实施安全、健康、环境、应急响应和消防指南，以确保顺利和安全的操作

3. Lead EHS inspections, audits, accident investigations and implementation follow up actions

主导EHS检查、审计、事故调查并完成后续跟进工作

4. Perform EHS researches and implement controls and measures.

进行EHS调研并实施控制措施

5. Analysis EHS Data, reports, trends and communicates results to local operational management and recommends plans for correction of gaps

分析EHS数据、报告、趋势并将结果传达给本地运营管理层，并提供矫正差距的计划

6. Organize and deliver EHS training, meeting and EHS activities

组织和提供EHS培训、会议和EHS活动。

Skills, Qualifications and Experience Requirements

1. A relevant degree in EHS disciplines

EHS专业相关学位

2. Registered Safety Engineer

持有注册安全工程师证书

3. Three to five years relevant post qualification experience

3-5年相关工作经验

4. Fluency in spoken and written Chinese and English

熟练的中英文口语和书面表达能力

5. Ability to work with people at all levels

具备同各个层级人员沟通的能力

6. Good problem solving skills and drive for initiatives.
