Job Description
- EHS procedures compilation, people education, and implement work safety standardization.
- 负责安全生产规程的制定，工厂的安全教育工作，组织好安全生产、文明施工达标活动。
- Deploy time-based EHS audit in the plant and report the result with record statistics.
- 主持或参加各种定期安全检查，做好记录，定期上报。
- In charge of safety related issue for any plant engineering construction, proposal of design, and monitor the execution in the plant.
- 负责施工现场的安全管理工作，施工组织设计方案中的安全技术措施，督促检查有关人员贯彻执行。
- Authorized person to stop production when any violation of labor discipline, EHS regulation, ill-command, risky operation etc. or severe case related to safety.
- 对违反劳动纪律、违反安全条例、违章指挥、冒险作业行为，或遇到严重险情，有权暂停生产。
- Organize and participate in the acceptance of equipment, facilities and to measure the parameters in terms of safety.
- 组织或参与进入施工现场的劳保用品防护设施、器具、机械设备的检验检测及验收工作。
- Responsible for the security management.
- 负责保安的管理及日常安全防卫管理。
- Organize analysis meeting for accident, report to department leaders.
- 组织安全事故调查分析会议，并作好相关记录，及时向有关领导报告。
Required Skills
- College above, mechatronics and automotive background is preferred.
- 大专以上学历，机电一体化及汽车工程维修背景优先；
- Three years’ experience on EHS management, background in big Multinational Corporation is preferred.
- 三年以上EHS管理经验，有大型跨国企业工作背景优先
- Good at communication inter-departmental, good coordination ability and accountable.
- 有较强的跨部门沟通能力，良好的协调能力及责任心
- Familiar with the state safety regulations, policy, certified Safety supervisor or related qualification certificates.
- 熟悉国家相关的安全法，持有安全主任证书或相关资历证件
- Good at analytical ability with logic sense, able to work under pressure
- 具备良好的逻辑分析能力，抗压能力强
