Job Objective工作目标:

• Develop & improvement EHS management system to achieve Injury-free & Environment-friendly goals

• Launch EHS programs/initiatives to create EHS culture

• Improve EHS communications & training programs to raise EHS awareness.

Job Responsibilities工作职责:

• Support EHS manager to define, develop and implement environment programs or procedures
• Maintain ISO 14001/ISO 45001 system to be in full compliance.
• Maintain and update the Environmental Inspection checklist to comply with relevant country Regulations
• Launch EHS tools (e.g., Risk assessment, NOS, TAS, SG self-diagnosis, etc)
• Define internal auditing rules and organize regular auditing to ensure day-to-day compliance.
• Implement EHS incident/accident investigation and ensure all CARs closed within a timeline.
• Organize annual monitoring or checkup programs to ensure environmental/occupational health aspects evaluated and measured.
• Communicate with internal line managers/shift leaders and external local authorities/suppliers or other interested parties through meetings, events, seminars, promotion boards, etc.
• Complete EHS reports including audit finding reports in a timely manner
• Deliver EHS training to new hires, employees and subcontractors per defined schedule
• Follow company procedures, instructions and other rules (e.g. EHS, Quality)
• Working on WCM HS&E pillar for getting good result

Job Requirements工作要求

• Education学历: Bachelor degree in environmental and/or health & safety

• Practical Ergonomics experience preferred

• Language语言: Strong English reading and writing

• Computer skill计算机技能: Good office software application skills

• Work experience工作经验: Minimum 3 years experiences in EHS field.

• Others to be specified其他: Good communication skills and work independently under pressure
