Mission:

• Define the needs of our new factory in terms of:

• Respect of local & National regulations from China, at long term
• Respect, even exceed, the requirements on protection of the Employees, at long term
• Respect, even exceed, the requirements on management of rejections, noise, etc., to totally protect the Employees, the Neighborhood, and the Shareholders vs any threat.

• Submit the related actions-plans to COO & CEO, with the timelines, details, and budgets
• Fight for the implementation of the good solutions, to protect LAMBERET & XINFEI at long term.
• Run audits to regularly estimate the situation, and report on any deviation
• Fight for the corrective actions ASAP.
• Represent the Authority internally on EHS, and stand tall when it is to define the solutions

Details:

Short term:

• Update ASAP the situation related to the new factory
• Meet all actors to provide an exhaustive report on risk-management
• Define the solutions, and report with budgets as well
• After all action plans accepted, lead firmly the implementation and never compromise

ASAP:

• Prepare for EHS Manager by showing outstanding temper to drive actions plans
• Dedicated to the protection of Shareholders-interests, smooth run of our business, protection of Employees in terms of security and safety
• Cooperate with QM to establish the action plans lead it and implement it
• Design a model for EHS for such factory in China

Profile:

• Confirmed EHS Engineer (> 5 years), ideally from Automotive business
• Accountable, good at relationship, efficient, dedicated, square minded and able to run analysis and provide alternatives and recommendations. Able to manage clear reports
• Can work in English(Simple communications)
• Can come from another business than Automotive only if outstanding ability for strategy and action
