职位概述Position Summary

Develop EHS management system, including policies ,procedures and manual .To ensure the certificates are qualified of ISO 14001,OHSAS18001, National safety standardization(Level II) . Ensure site operation is fully meet with local laws and regulations.Excellent management enables us to guarantee that our system continuously meet strict occupational health ,safety and environment requirements..

主要工作职责Major Areas Of Responsibilities

1、Set up and maintaining the EHS management system of ISO14001,OHSAS18001 and National safety standardization(Level II).

2、Ensure site operation is fully meet with local laws and regulations. Maintain a good effective communication with local social security office, safety bureau ,environment office, safety supervision office and fire station to make sure company operate legally.

3、Carry out plants risk assessment programs and risk reduction plans in site operation。

4、Ensure appropriate training is provided to all plant and department employees covering all aspects of EHS policy, standard ,risk assessment and safety breakthrough and local needs.

5、In charge of occupational hazardous position management. Including special physical examination, safety training, PPEs management etc.

6、EHS internal and external audits and inspection ,corrective and preventive action development and follow up.

7、Establish accident reporting process and rapid response process, including supporting timely and effective accident and incident investigation.

8、Establish contingency plan for emergencies, and organize regular drills.

9、In charge of promotion and supervision of waste treatment ,energy saving, waste saving and waste reduction.

10、Deal with other issues the leader hand over to do.

任职要求Qualification

1、University or above major. At least 8 years related work experience in EHS field.

2、Certificate of Safety management.

3、Certificate of occupational health management.

4、Certificate of Chemical management.

5、 Certificate of special equipment management.

6、Certificate of ISO14001/OHSAS18001, National safety standardization(Level II) internal auditor.
