Job Description
全面负责华为项目专业内的管理，其中主要包括：
1、负责制定和检查设备、设施 运行与维护的各项EHS管理规定，监督分包商、供应商和承包商的施工安全；
2、特种设备（包括压力容器、起重设备等）的安全管理；
3、输出各类EHS相关工作报告并按流程要求上传和提交；
4、负责华为各类内外审中物业部分的组织、配合、跟进工作；
5、定期对工作场所进行专业的安全风险识别，并提出整改措施；
6、负责项目内部现场的EHS管理要求，各区域张贴醒目的安全标志、告示、提醒标志灯，如不准吸烟、禁止烟火、注意叉车等；
7、安全护栏维护、对需要安装防护栏的地方提出安装申请、滑雪药品架维护；
8、对所有新员工（包括外购服务商员工）进行安全入职培训，对于老员工要定期进行安全培训，加强员工安全意识，年度安全培训平均每位员工不少于4小时并记录存档。
9、配合组织紧急疏散，消防演习；
10、在办公楼和生产车间明显处张贴紧急疏散平面图，在疏散集合场地设置显著的告示牌。
11、各种岗位操作规程的建立维护，岗位安全制度的建立、完善、更新；
12、各种特殊岗位左右人员资质的审查，包括上岗证、特殊作业人员许可证等；
13、完成上级安排的其他工作。
职位要求：
1、年龄45周岁以下；
2、5年以上ehs工作经验，3年以上管理经验；
3、本科及以上学历；
4、有责任心，善于沟通。
