Responsible for the client site EHS management , to establish and implement site HSE plan, which includes:

• 起草，审阅，更新EHS相关规程，建立现场的培训体系并实施相关EHS培训，包括研发及生产相关部分

  Draft ,review and update EHS procedure ,and Establishes site HSE training system, and implement EHS training .Including R&D，also the production department

• 建立面向任务的风险管理机制，建立现场风险等级表并跟踪已识别风险的控制措施的实施

  Establishes Task-oriented risk management regime, establishes and maintains Site Risk Register and track the implementation of risk controls

• 建立并实施许可证管理制度，确保所有许可作业得到登记，许可条件得到监控

  Establishes and implements permit to work regime, makes sure all permit to works be registered and the compliance of the permit conditions

• 建立报告所有事故的文化，及时报告并登记所有环境，安全及健康相关的事故并负责非可报告事故的调查

  to establish a culture of all employee reporting ， responsible to register and report all received incidents regards the EHS, and conduct the investigation of the non-reportable incidents

• 建立现场应急机制并组织演练

  Establishes site Emergency plan and conduct drills

• 建立分包商的HSE管理制度

  Establishes and implement site subcontractor HSE management system

• 建立健全现场HSE文档管理，审阅并定期更新相关文件

  Establishes and improves site HSE document management， review and regularly update relevant documents

• 协助区域HSE督导主任实施公司的HSE管理要求

  Assists Regional HSE Focal Point to implement Corporate HSE management requirements

• 熟悉行业法规要求，并保持和协调与相关政府机构的关系，并按照法律法规执行相关管理

  Familiar with EHS regulations and requirements, maintain and coordinate relationships with relevant government agencies

• 正确的工作方式，使用合适的PPE，确保按照安全的工作方法和流程Work in a safe manner, use appropriately PPE and follow trained safe work methods and procedure

• 按照管理法规及要求定期巡查实验室，及时监管

  Routine lab checks to be done in accordance with local procedures and specific instructions from immediate supervisor

• 按照培训要求及时报告可见的设备破坏及财产损坏问题

  Report visually broken equipment and property damage found according to training

• 建立实验室EHS可视化管理，实验室废弃物分类及处理标准化管理流程，并对所有相关操作人员进行相关的培训，并实施监督执行

  Establish laboratory EHS visual management, laboratory waste classification and disposal standardization management procedure, and train all relevant operators, and supervise the implementation

• 管理EHS相关的供应商及内外部相关单位沟通协调，负责相关采购及费用结算

  Manage EHS related supplier and internal and external relation and communication, responsible for relevant purchase and payment process

• 根据现场安排完成其它的相关工作

Accomplish other tasks according to arrangement

任职要求 Qualification & Requirements

教育背景

Education Background

• 专科及以上学历

  Bachelor degree and above

• 安全环境或制药化工类相关专业，有医药研发实验室EHS工作经验优先

  Major in Secure environment or medical or chemical, have medical lap EHS experience is preferred

Working Experience

• 2年以上相关工作经验

2 years and above of related working experience
