To achieve this objective the following will be required:

• Develop and implement EHS program, coordinate corresponding actions, and monitor implementation.

• Develop and implement EHS procedures as appropriate, in compliance with legal and other requirements.

• Manage the EHS documentation system

• Ensure all incidents (including near-misses) are reported and adequately investigated

• Identify opportunities for improvements in EHS

• Communicate between ACC and strategic partners regarding matters

Integrate EHS into outside business activities

EHS principles are extended to the company’s outside business activities, including procurement, site construction, and site management

To achieve this objective the following will be required:

• Liaise with teams (project managers, operation managers, etc.) to ensure proper coordination and management of EHS on business activities

• Participate in the organization and management (specification, selection, etc.) of contracted works, from an EHS standpoint, and monitor contractor EHS performance.

• Coordinate and perform EHS visits, inspection or audits on site

• Provide support in investigation on EHS incidents

To achieve this objective the following will be required:

? Develop and conduct EHS trainings for various workgroups.

? Provide guidance to site personnel with safety briefings and toolbox talks.

? Ensure all EHS communications and alerts are translated into local languages for dissemination.

? Promote transparency in the reporting of incidents (including near-misses) and EHS observations (hazardous situations, etc.).
