Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure EHSA compliance of related SGL sites through establishing and maintaining appropriate audit systems and communication structure to facilitate EHSA compliance correctness and to ensure SGL compliance in all areas of responsibility. Monitor implementation of corrective actions out of these audits.

• Ensures a safe work environment by developing and maintaining the appropriate programs, policies, and procedures while maintaining compliance with all applicable regulations.

• To identify and evaluate potential compliance risks at an early stage and control measures in cooperation with sites and local EHS organizations.

• Initiate and control new programs to ensure continuous improvements regarding safety together with site management / local EHS staff / BU management in EU.

• Initiate, support, monitor and audit ongoing programs for improvement at relevant sites e.g. pledge program, HAZOP and Risk Analyses programs, MOC and coordinate with sites management.

• Provide safety guide/advice for site new project or expansion project.

• Provide training to different level staff based on yearly EHSA training plan.

• Keep good relationship with authority and followed recommendation improvement from external agency.

• Other EHSA issue assigned.

  
  

  Main Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years working experience in related field areas, chemical or gas industry background will be preferred
  • Experiences in establishing Environment, Health & Safety Management System (ISO 14001 EMS & OHSAS 18001) are preferred
  • Certified Safety Engineer required
