Regional Marketing Supervisor

Report to:
Regional marketing manager
Roles and responsibilities:
Act as the regional marketing leader in charge of planning and implementing the marketing activities in the region.
The job holder is responsible for the marketing result of the whole region as well as each school in the region
? Co-develop school-based marketing plan with Regional Marketing Manager and execute the agreed plan
? Proactively work closely with the Center Directors and staff to solicit feedback on the effectiveness of the marketing campaigns.
? Develop and manage multiple marketing channels. Monitor channel effectiveness and make necessary changes.
? Support ME to hire and retain a qualified promoter and teaching assistant
? Drive internal marketing program to help generate more referral and recommendation leads and students.
? Channel marketing business development (partnership with local public and private schools, other kids education firms, corporate deals, etc) and follow through execution.
? Reporting and analysis
– Monitor offline activity productivity
– Analyze spending efficiency
– Promoter salary calculation
– Seasonal competitor analysis
? People management
– Develop and lead a stable and high performance team, incl. marketing executive, promoter team leaders, promoters, and TA.
Qualifications:
- Min. 5 years of working experience. Experience in leading and coaching a team is a must.
- FMCG trade/field marketing or education industry experience is a plus
- Proven track record in driving business result through marketing
- Good knowledge on Microsoft Excel to do analysis and report
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Full of initiative and able to follow through the ideas with plans and actions. Eager to share ideas and best practice
- Responsive to the needs and interests of consumers and schools
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet challenging deadlines and perform under pressure
- Detail oriented, hands on and want to get involved.
- Good communication and presentation skill.
Other mandatory:
- The job holder should be willing to work at least 1.5 days during the weekend and 3.5 days during the week day during the 1st 3 months on-boarding and transition period.
- After transition period, working schedule will be changed to 1 working day during weekend and 4 working days during week days.
