Senior Service Consultant

Report to: Center Operations Manager
Synopsis:
Senior Service Consultant is responsible for assisting students to successfully reach their learning objectives and ensuring student satisfaction. Senior Service Specialist liaises with Course Consultant and is responsible for contributing to retention revenue and refund control as a result of educational success and students’ satisfaction. Senior Service Specialist provides students with tailor-made study advice within the framework of Learn, Try, Apply, Certify learning methodology and helps students set and meet their learning goals throughout their study course. Level of English required for this role is at or above Upper-Intermediate stage.
Supervision:
Reports directly to Centre General Manager with support and guidance provided by the Regional Service Manager.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Ensure new students understand and implement EF’s learning approach
- Help students plan and review study progress according to EF’s learning approach
- Give students study advice within the framework of EF’s learning approach and motivate students to help them reach their study goals
- Keep students informed and updated on changes within the center
- Help students utilize class booking tools and other study tools
- Collect student feedback and cooperate with relevant colleagues to promptly solve issues
- Liaise with Course Consultants with regard to potential course extension, renewals and referral follow-up
- Organize and coordinate center events to increase student satisfaction and drive retention
- Complete all administrative duties to a high standard as required
