As a EDP Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for customized project launching activities for EDP operation, in Robotics & Discrete Automation in Shanghai, China.

Reporting to the Local Product Group Manager, you will ensure regular review with application center design phases & component change requirements.

Your responsibilities

• Being responsible for customized project launching activities for EDP operation
• Building up customized project execution team of EDP, making project schedule with the team and organizing regular meetings to follow up progress
• Holding STECO meeting for transfer projects if necessary. Completing review document
• Submitting and presenting reports on project status on daily/weekly base. Reporting progress, results, risk evaluation and mitigation plan
• Ensuring regular review with application center design phases & component change requirements
• Tracking the prototype to ensure catch up the project schedule
• Performing other relative duties as assigned

Your background

• Must have project management experience, better to have process engineer experience
• Sound knowledge on the key to the success of the project and clearly knows how to achieve it by action
• A Bachelor’s degree in science
• Fluent commend in Chinese and English, both written and spoken
• Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to express a subject clearly and understandable and to persuade others.
• Ability to adjust or adapt to changed situations, problems and tasks quickly
• Team Leadership skills, good at using personal charisma to lead the team fulfill the targets
