My client is a multinational group who has over hundreds stores in the world that designs and sells Home and Living category including furniture, kitchen appliances and home accessories.

職務說明

• Responsible for the Taiwan local ECommerce business.

• Lead functional managers (Sales, Marketing, Operation, Analyst) to deliver excellent user experiences and business results.

• Collaborate with physical stores and other senior managers to work on corporate level strategy and actions.

• Work with internal supporting team like supply chain, finance, marketing, IT, Merchandising …etc and external 3rd party.

• Creating and implementing long-term strategic plans, providing clear direction, setting budgets and following up goals

理想的應徵者

• +10 year work experience, with good organisational and interpersonal maturity. Retail industry and global company exposure is a plus.
• Span of management: 5 personnel
• At least 8-year eCommerce experience. Familiar with Sales, Marketing, EC logistics and Customer service.
• A manager with good leadership and capability of coaching.
• Professional in English and can work with regional team.
