岗位概要: Key Performance Area

• Assist Ecommerce team with general processes/templates and reporting and monitoring of business.

• Such as weekly, monthly sell-in sell out reporting, monthly/quarterly activity information collection and reporting.
• Consolidate EC customer activity plan/review monthly.
• Other temporary admin work.

• Work together with EC sales team to develop and implement E-Commerce strategy, tactical campaigns, daily operation based on shopper insights to drive account profitable & sustainable growth.
• Analyze and define the category growth opportunities by channel, make proper suggestions to superior for decision making.
• Coordinate EC team and other supporting team to ensure the best execution on E-channel.

Customer business development

• Strong understanding of customer dynamics and drivers
• Work closely with sales team to develop customer business plan incl. building blocks and phasing.
• Develop customization plan including year round activation calendar, media planning, consumer promotions etc.
• Support annual customer JBP and lead regular engagement with customer counterparts

Brand business development

• Strong understanding of category dynamics and drivers, shopper behavior in EC platform.
• Work closely with brand team to identify customer portfolio strategy and develop plan to build up hero SKUs across CBUs or customized SKUs for different customer or consumer engagement purpose.

l Work closely with brand team / agency to build an integrated digital / dCom plan for the category / key brands on selected seasonal occasions.

Business Maintenance

• Annual budget planning and management – budget review, budget update.
• Business review – Regular reviews on the performance of key business activities, get insightful and actionable learnings for future plan; Leverage a range of methodologies to track business and brand performance.
