职责描述:
1. planning product & promotion plan based on customers profile / retailer profile in order to achieve sales target (sell in / sell out)
2. Follow up monthly sellout figures on target with TP.
3. Collaborate with product marketing team to ensure online product / promotion align with brand marketing calendar.
4. Sales data analysis base on product / promotion performance and optimize the promotion efficiency.
5. GWP budget control and allocation by EC channels.
任职要求:
1. University graduate with 6-8 years of trade marketing experience in Cosmetics and / or domestics e-Commerce is must; Good command of spoken and written Mandarin and English will be an advantage
2. Understanding of e-Commerce channel landscape, driving planning to implementation
3. Organized and ability to manage multiple priorities; Good communication and relationship building across internal and external stakeholders
4. Strong proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
5. Attention to details, good at numbers, resilient and patience. Outgoing and adaptive to different external environment
6. Highly motivated team player and fast-learner with ability to perform at a high caliber under pressure and to work independently with minimum supervision in a dynamic environment
