Job Scope:

Lead strategic business development for TDI and KA customers.

Good influencing skill to co-work with cross function teams as well as Tmall

Expectation on this position:

Key account (KA) customer management, including development & negotiation of joint business planning

Build brand in EC customer and deploy integrated mkt activity in EC customers.

Good leadership that can lead the team rapid growth

Exploration spirit and creative thinking in EC and define the opportunity.

Ability to implement customer activations in line with Category and Channel Strategies

Understand EC business or very strong KA management

Good teamwork capability

Always be ready to go breakthrough

Make all around to achieve target

Connect internal & external

Act with speed, agility & pragmatism
