Role purpose
？Plan whole team FCST and communicate with NZ HQ / Australia to ensure meeting demand.
？Work with function head to control budget and spending.
？Lead distributor to well organize order related process.
？Handle cross boarder direct sales business. Response for related volume, channel spending and sales contribution margin.

Role accountabilities
？Consolidate whole team FCST and can adjust it based on offtake run rate and actual supply.
？Well cooperate with New Zealand / Australia supply chain and factory team.
？Cascade down actual supply to distributor and lead them to increase order and transportation efficiency.
？Track and accrual team sales / spending.
？Support team leader with NPD process before launch, including strategy / concept building, P&L evaluating, communication with other countries, listing documents preparation.
？Ensure direct sales vol. and contribution margin achievement.

Qualification and experience
Education: University degree or above
Experience: Account Planning, Budget management, Negotiation, Merchandising, Distributor Management, E-commerce experience, familiar with JD.com/Kao la/VIP
Technical/FunctionalExpertise: Excel & PowerPoint, Fluent English both written and spoken
Industry Experience:FMCG
