Responsibilities :
- Assist Sales team to performance daily operation
- Manage day-to-day operations of web store, Amazon, and other marketplace accounts
- Provide online customer service and manage all communications with customers in respond to product and order inquiries, arrange product delivery
- Implementing sales/marketing promotions to increase sales on various online platforms
- Monitor e-marketplace performance, and prepare report and insight for impression and conversion improvement
- Co-ordinate with internal and external parties to ensure marketing campaigns are carried out effectively and in monitored manners
- Maintain storage system and warehouse management
- Assist in ad-hoc duties assignments when required
Requirements:
- Diploma in market business/e-commerce or related disciplines or above
- At least 1-2 years of well experience in managing and operating Amazon, Tmall, Taobao and other online stores
- Prioritize experience with online sales of health supplements and foods
- Attention to detail, customer first, able to handle multitasking
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Work with teams and stakeholders to achieve company sales goals
- Diploma in market business/e-commerce or related disciplines above
- At least 1-2 years well experience in managing and operating Amazon, Taobao and other online stores

- Proficient communication skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Immediately available is preferred
