Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement the overall e-commerce strategy to achieve the business objectives
• Lead, monitor and optimize operation from data traffic, marketing campaigns, product launching to online customer interactions ensuring all service levels are achieved
• Utilize Google Analytics to analyze buying trends to derive insights and actions
• Analyze business and user requirements, propose solutions and creating design specifications
• Identify new sales opportunities, plan and budget for appropriate online marketing strategies and lead the implementation to boost marketing exposure via usage of various e-commerce channels
• Work closely with Brand, Marketing, Design team to ascertain project scope and successfully business projects
•  Work closely with agencies to monitor SEM, SEO and affiliate results to achieve KPI
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned 

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in Marketing and Business, Information Technology and/or related discipline
• Minimum of 6 years' solid experience in eCommerce or digital marketing
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in B2C digital marketing & e-commerce, preferable with an online fashion and/ or lifestyle brand
• Experience in web analytical tools (or other tracking tools), E-commerce platforms, e.g. Google Analytics, Google Ads, Shopify
• Proficient in numbers and analytical skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with tight schedule
• Good team spirit with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong business acumen and marketing sense with strong presentation skills
• Proficiency in spoken & written English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant E-commerce Manager
• Immediate availability is preferred
