E-Commerce Customer Care
Job Description:
1. handle customer enquiries by e-mail and telephone;
2. Coordinate with internal teams and third party services vendor to fulfill customer care responsibilities
3. Follow company policy to handle customers\' claims
4. Escalate customers\' expectation and complaints to company for service improvement.
5. work with and supervise third party fulfillment vendor to ensure proper operation on daily and periodical manner
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Over 1 years Customer Service experience is preferred;
3. Professional written and oral communication skill in English;
4. Proactive, high responsibility and good teamwork spirit;
5. Can work under pressure.
