Job Description
- Support the AVP E-Business on daily management of all online marketing activities and also 3rd party agencies and vendors, with the goal to drive more qualified traffic to brand websites and increase direct bookings.
- Equip with Paid, SEO, Digital Intelligence/Tracking, and Content Marketing to execute strategy and optimize for driving results.
- Assists in the development and execution of the cluster marketing plan such as retargeting campaign, partnership, affiliate marketing, etc
- Coordinate with the China and International e-business teams to synergize all e-commerce strategies to maximize returns.
- Analyze and interpret results from various analytics sources to ensure goals are being met and identify areas for improvement
- Experienced in loyalty program and ecommerce platforms development would be given prior consideration.
- Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in eCommerce, Marketing, Business Administration or related major
- 5 years experience in the sales, marketing, digital, eCommerce or related professional area; hospitality marketing or agency experience preferred.
- Conversant with current digital advertising technologies and industry practices.
- Hands-on experience in Google Analytics, with Google Analytics Certification preferred
- Well-organized and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with high sense of urgency. Number sensible with strong analytics skills
- Fluent in English & Chinese
