Manager on shift to oversee the day to day running of the Hotel operation in the absence of the General Manager. Overseeing, mainly Front Office: telephones, portering, security, parking and night functions but not limited to a s responsibility is to oversee all outlets and assist where needed, including Housekeeping and the Food and Beverage outlets
Outside of office hours the Hotel Operation is the responsibility of the /Duty Manager. Ensuring that service standards are maintained in these areas, safety of our guests, profitability maximized and customer’s needs met.
Work Experience
1-2 years Front Office experience
Opera
Full drivers license
Able to hold GM certificate
