About Biopharmaceutical Contract Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities

• Be part of the BI BioChina Drug Product Production team for aseptic manufacturing of Biopharmaceutical with special focus on providing scientific oversight of BI BioChina customer projects for Fill&Finish department. Act as technical expert for Fill&Finish topics with direct reporting line to the Head of production. Actively communicate amongst relevant stakeholders within BI.

• Act as DP Production Project Team Member in international matrix teams for our international customer projects. Work directly with external clients in order to understand and satisfy customer needs regarding Fill&Finish topics. Coordinate with BI internal departments (USP/DSP/QA/QC/SCM), fit with collaborative and competitive culture in BI.

• Track customer project performance of Fill&Finish department and help to analyse and ensure successful completion of short- and long-term goals.

• Create, update, review and drive Fill&Finish relevant project documents (e.g. Process Descriptions, Risk Assessments, DP transfer protocolls and reports, BOM, MBR, change controls). Take responsibity for documentation around process transfers from internal and external clients.

• Be part of DP process transfer teams to secure material supply for customer projects in the context of manuacturing DP clinic and commercial supply for international markets.
  

Qualifications

• Education/Degree Requirements:Bechalor degree at least
• Major:several years experience in aseptic Fill&Finish operations in a cGMP environment. Good knowledge and general understanding of international GMP standards incl. Good Documentaion Practices (GDP).
• Language skills & proficiency excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (written and verbal), client-orientated and self-confident.
• Required professional certificates / licences: analytical and scientific thinking, clear argumentation and ability to reduce complex issues to the main points.
• Required capabilities (skills, experience, competencies) familiar with project management tools and ways of planning, priotizing, executing and reporting project relevant tasks. Experienced in using tools to identify and mitigate risks (e.g. FMEA).
