Job description:

工作职责：

• 
  Provide 2D/3D construction detail drawings for modular buildings from sketches, notes or other drawing examples given by Technical Engineers. 完成技术工程师交代的关于模块建筑2D或3D 施工细节图
• Prepare set of construction drawings for modular buildings according to company standard under supervision of Technical Engineers. 根据公司标准，在技术工程师的指导下，准备有关模块建筑的施工图纸
• Provide Bill of Materials based on drawings for each stage of project according to company standard. 根据公司标准，在每个项目阶段的图纸基础上提供材料单
• Assist in modular buildings assembly process in factory: quality check, technical support for drawings content, adjusting the drawings according to actual needs. 协助在工厂的模块化建筑装配过程：质量检测，图纸内容的技术支持，并根据实际需要调整图纸。
• Participate in project meetings, prepare necessary content for the meeting. 参与项目会议，并准备会议所需的内容。
• Maintain and archive materials and drawings database according to company standard. 根据公司标准，维护并保管材料与图纸库。
• Assist Technical Engineers with problem solving and communication with project department. 协助技术工程师解决问题并与项目部沟通。
• Provide daily task progress reports. 提供每日工作的进程报告。

Qualification:

• Bachelor or above in civil engineering, construction, interior design or other related majors. 本科或本科以上学位，土木工程，建筑学，室内设计或其他相关专业。
• Highly skilled for 2D CAD drafting. Knowledge of Revit is a big plus. 熟练掌握2D CAD绘图，如果会用Revit是一个很大的加分项
• High attention to details and quality. 高度重视细节与质量。
• Able to understand details provided by Technical Engineers and transfer them to 2D/3D drawing. 能够理解技术工程师交代的细节并将它们用2D/3D绘制出来。
• Able to estimate time needed to finish the task and follow the time schedule. 能够估算完成任务所需的时间，并遵守时间表。
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point). 熟练使用微软办公软件（Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point）
• Basic English skills, written with vocabulary. 基本的英语口语书写技能。
