Division: Food Flavour Division

汇报对象/Reporting to：Deputy General Manager

产品：甜味香精、咸味香精

下属人员类别：销售团队，研发人员（调香师，应用人员），技术支持人员，实验室助理，约20人左右。

主要工作职责/Main job responsibilities：

• Responsible for all activities of the Division;

• Establish, develop and implements overall sales and marketing strategies;

• Establish and control the budgets of Division;

• Responsible for pricing and distribution etc. for all advertising and marketing campaigns;

• Take part in negotiations of major contracts;

• Responsible for major clients;

• Seek the maximum sales with the minimum cost;

• Advise management on costumers’ trends & feedback, market information;

• Responsible for the account receivable control and timely collection;

• Establish policies and rules of the Division;

• Management, recruitment, assessment and training of subordinate staff;

• Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.

  职位要求/Requirements：

• Above the college degree;

• Over 5 years’ relevant experience;

• Fluent English in writing, reading and speaking;

• Good command of computer;

• Excellent results oriented and customer oriented;

• Open minded, high integrity, initiative and self-motivated;

• Excellent interpersonal, communication & coordination skills, leadership and team work player;

• Frequent travel requested.
