Job Description
Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and execute omni-channel, full-cycle sales strategies that provide value and drive valuable interactions with our customers
2. Work directly with prospective customers via telephone, email, and online meetings to create demand and solve challenging customer problems in a consultative way
3. Build and accurately manage your sales pipeline with regular pipeline reviews, creative advancement strategies, and the ability to translate product features to customer solutions. Report to general manager, formulate sales strategy and optimize strategy based on sales
4. Follow-through on all commitments to customers ensuring a successful internal transition throughout their experience post-sale
5. Continue to gain advanced product and market knowledge to differentiate yourself and Freebeat as both a technical and business fit for our customers
6. Own your results. Unwavering personal daily effort standards so focus centers around goals, sales skills & career growth
7. Maintain accurate daily record of sales activity
8. Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing and other related majors
2. More than 3-5 years of work experience in the sales industry, home appliance sales experience is preferred; outstanding performance is preferred; Experience in sales channels is preferred
3. Strong, consistent track record of sales performance in consultative sales environment
4. Ability to engage with customers and thrive while being surrounded by a high-energy sales floor
5. Quick response, strong expression ability, strong communication skills and communication skills, and affinity
6. Excellent market analysis and judgment ability, innovative thinking, and good customer service awareness.
