Your mission and responsibilities:


Plans and monitors achievement of agreed sales targets of a dedicated sales team for a defined distributor base and for an assigned part of Siemens' portfolio.


  • Ensuring the fulfillment of the sales of the distributors assigned through the PTA signed at the beginning of the fiscal year.
  • Ensuring that assigned partners have the correct inventory to serve customers in an appropriate manner and time. Products, spare parts, equipment
  • Ensuring that the CS team (Engineers and TAS) of the distributor have the appropriate level of training and the appropriate response capacity in the face of the call of any end customer.
  • Ensuring compliance with Siemens Healthineers and external compliance policies in business development
  • Monitoring that partners make payment of invoices on time
  • Mapping  the permanently assigned territory in order to ensure that business opportunities are being properly covered by partners
  • Travel to the territories within and between the assigned countries to ensure full coverage of the assigned territory
  • Propose new ways of doing business to partners to ensure the needs of end customers are met and market trends are covered.
  • Guarantee the company's support to partners so that their work and performance in front of end customers is fulfilled as Siemens Healthineers expects to cover them.
  • Put together the forecast for the purchase of equipment and consumables hand in hand with the area in charge of each distributor
  • Meet permanently with the different stakeholders of the end customers to ensure that the partner is meeting their expectations.
  • Ensure that the records are up to date and that you have the correct plant information to update them when necessary.
  • Support the launch of new equipment, consumables, services, etc. in conjunction with the marketing team.

Your qualifications and experiences:


·       Degree in administration, marketing, bacteriologist, or related matters.

·       Advanced understanding of sales, marketing in laboratory diagnostics business.

·       Substantial professional experience (min. 5 years) in Laboratory Diagnostics Business or in Medical  Devices Market.

·       Deep understanding of the medical devices market in the influence zone of the role.

  • Indirect leadership capacity, high capacity for assertive communication, focus on results and business acumen.
  • Advanced level of English
  • Systematic use of know-how to solve complex problems.
  • Availability to travel.
