Job Description
Main purpose
- To assist Head of Training, Agency Distribution to develop long term training plan, strategies and policies
- To manage the training team
- To uphold the high quality of training programs and training support to all sales channels
Job Role:
- To design and revamp the training curriculum for experienced agents or agency managers with materials to meet the AXA culture and business goals.
- To identify and provide training needs & results analysis
-To ensure all programs are designed and developed with learning objectives, defined content, selecting instructional modes and media, and sequencing activities
- To develop and deliver the agency training programs or initiatives in different aspects such as investment-linked, business driven projects, business operation and agency management
- To ensure the training content & training methodologies are updated and maintain high quality
- To coach and monitor team performance and development
- To monitor and measure the training effectiveness of various training projects
- To monitor the CPD accreditation and CPD programs
- To maintain & update training tracking reports
- To ensure all team budget are fully utilized and effectively monitored
- To ensure all training programs are fully complied with the company guidelines and regulatory requirements
- To take a leading role in developing training projects and delivering desired business results
- To collaborate with other teams or cross functions on providing effective training solutions
Job Requirement:
Ÿ University degree of any discipline
Ÿ FLMI, IIQA and insurance qualification preferred
Ÿ At least 8 years in agency management, agency training or sales management in life insurance industry.
Ÿ Good leadership and coaching skills
Ÿ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ÿ Good presentation and course facilitating skills.
