Job Description
Position Description: 1.Display/Monitor product development, provide technical/ project management and execution to meet global launch target requirement, with primary focus on project on-time delivery, quality attainment and Innovation 2.Display related technology/ solution sourcing and qualification, own Monitor technical responsibility and drive long-term innovation; quickly provide technical solution proposal and technical support to the product development and life cycle 3.Work with ODM suppliers & component vendors on daily project development and technical collaboration, act as the technical interface for suppliers. 4. Develop and maintain Development process, quick action to WW regulation and standard requirement.5. Work with cross function team, ODM supplier as well as industry players to develop new technical solution by leveraging the current/new technology, provide technical assessment and input to product portfolio roadmap.Position Requirements: 1.Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience, Computer/Display/TV engineering or project management related background.2.At least 3 years of Display R&D experience, and be able to conduct continuous improvement and technical innovation 3.At least 2 years worldwide product development project management experience 4.Be able to manage various development projects simultaneously, being flexibly at work, with strong team work and company first sense.5.Proficient in using different OS such as Windows, Androids, IOS, be familiar with MS office to make report with clear logic and mindset, with strong presentation skill and communication skill 6.Proficient in English skills including writing, oral, communication and presenting.
