Responsibilities:
1.According to the company strategic plan, according to the European and n furniture market demand, develop the annual design R & D program;
2. Constantly understand and analyze the mainstream furniture brands and popular trends in Europe and , regularly collect market feedback, in charge of the company's furniture concept of creative and validation work;
3. Responsible for setting process and standards, reviewing design team plan, guiding team members to improve design plan, systematically organizing design r & D training, improving team design level.;
4. Improve the company's brand tone on the visual side, guiding the team to iterate and optimize the visual presentation of the brand.;
5. Responsible for overall team management and organizational motivation, lead the team to achieve high-quality and efficient work tasks, do a good job of process and results control.

Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, Major in industrial design, good English, overseas working experience is preferred, at least ;
2.2 + years design team management experience, 5 + years furniture design R & D experience, cross-border e-commerce platform experience, success case preferred;
3.Proficient in CAD, 3DMAX and other design software, familiar with furniture technology and structure;
4. International design concept, sharp market insight and market analysis capabilities;
5. Strong team management skills and cross-departmental collaboration ability, can embrace change, have a certain degree of resistance to pressure.
