KEY DUTIES
i. Monitor classroom teaching quality through direct observation and student surveys.
ii. Organize student activities and manage staff to carry them out.
iii. Function as a liaison between sales and teaching teams.
iv. Attract students to learning center by building an engaging learning environment
v. Prepare class schedule and teaching hours reports.
vi. Recruit and train both Chinese and foreign teachers.
vii. Oversee the administration of the learning program.
viii. Teach a minimum of 40 hours per month.

KEY SKILLS AND ABILITIES
i. At least two years of experience in teaching adults English
ii. Preference for B.Ed/M. Ed English/TESOL holders
iii. Computer literate
iv. Able to adapt quickly to change
v. Proven people management skills
vi. Effective communicator
