Responsibility：
1. Grasp the market dynamics and provide suggestions for the formulation of the company's annual business plan.
2. Responsible for market research, product development, listing and feedback analysis; solving problems of promotion, channels and pricing; straightening out market research, production and supply, commodity marketing, creating market requirements, etc.
3. Responsible for the development of the company's overall market work plan, put forward the specific direction and implementation plan of marketing, brand, activities and other aspects, and coordinate, control, adjust and modify in the implementation process to ensure the realization of the goal.
4. Lead Commercial team to reach individual and team monthly& yearly Asian Orders and Sales targets.
5. Expands and strengthens the relationship, opens new relationship opportunities within the client environment.
6. Work with client’s management teams to understand its particular business strategies.
7. Make marketing strategy and implement plan, lead Asian commercial team to finish annual sales target; Oversees all aspects of the account; new project, Order, Revenue, Profit, Delivery, etc. Specific focus on new business, customer development.

Qualification：
1. Bachelor degree or above in marketing, International trade, Business Administration, automation etc.
2. Minimum of 10 years of managerial experience in sales and marketing and business development.
3. Must have knowledge of contacts in automobile and medical industry.
4. Working knowledge of automotive, electronics and industrial rubber components as well as and understanding of production and product engineering.
5. Problem Solving skill to approach problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution.
6. Strong leadership, communications and coaching skills.
7. Outstanding presentation, facilitation, communication and negotiation skills.
8. Fluent in English language, both written and verbal skills
