I. Job Responsibilities:
(1) Relying on the Dalian University of Technology - General Technology Research Institute, take the lead in being responsible for the research and development of major projects in the field of industrial machine tools, form a talent team, and undertake major projects related to the Dalian University of Technology - General Technology Research Institute.
(2) Supervise and guide the project establishment, implementation and acceptance of key scientific research designs and major engineering projects in the field of industrial machine tools.

II. Qualifications:
(1) Have more than 5 years of research and development experience in industrial machine tools (CNC machine tools). In the field of industrial machine tools, such as the research and development of products such as turning-milling composite machine tools, have rich engineering capabilities for product research and development.
(2) Have work experience in technical research and development, senior technical management and other positions in international and domestic advanced machine tool (including functional components, components, etc.) enterprises and machine tool-related research institutes.
(3) Priority is given to positions above the head of equipment product research and development.
