Job Description:

• Direct program of Continued Education for Staff Instructors
• Manage the training of Apprentices through Real Pilates Teacher Training
• Advise on scheduling and program direction for clients
• Direct schedule of Pilates workshops for both in-house and regional instructors and clients
• Advise on physical plant layout of equipment
• Order equipment and schedule
• Regular meeting with Sales Manager, Marketing Manager and Studio Manager for organizing class schedule, workshop and promotion
• Conduct private, duet and trio sessions for instructors and clients as directed
• Represent Flex Studio at international conferences

Requirements:

• Fluent in English, knowledge of Spanish is an advantage
• Minimum 10 years of teaching experience
• Experience in managing and organizing classes and workshops
• Classically certified in Pilates by internationally recognized school
