Principle Responsibilities/Position Purpose:

• Responsible for managing the work of development department;
• Gather franchising-related information and produce accurate and detailed market insights;
• Maintain and develop new franchising partnerships; track potential partnerships to realize cooperation;
• Provide guidance in developing the franchising methods and standards for midscale hotel brands;
• Investigate the operating problems occurred in franchising and coordinate technical support from the corporate office;
• Responsible for the KPI performance of the development team.

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY

1. Bachelor’s degree or above preferably in Marketing, Real Estate or related fields. Or proven knowledge of the hospitality and real estate industry.

2. At least 5 years work experience in hotel development and 3 years work experience in equivalent position.

3. Good knowledge in the business development of hotel brands with relevant experience.

4. Able and willing to travel to project fields. Skilled in managing development personnel.

5. Good knowledge in chain hotel franchising and relevant financial modeling.

6. Strong business negotiation skills.
