Determine overall Business Development objectives and take the initiatives best suit the hotel. Produce and executes Business Development budgets and business plans. Effectively promotes and positions the brand and the hotel at desired level.

Job Requirement:

1. Must have a minimum of 5 years’experience in a role of either

Conference Services or Catering Sales experience in a luxury

hotel property.

五年以上奢华酒店销售经验

2. Possess a friendly, energized and outgoing personality.Has strong social skills.

3. Must have mathematical skills, computer software aptitude and

some hotel operation knowledge.

4. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish

5. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills are a must.
