职位描述

Technical Support Management

  • Establish strategic plans for technical function consistent with the overall Services strategy
  • Lead tech. support team to provide strong technical support and resources to Field Service Engineers and Online Engineers teams

Cultivate an expert team to effectively solve the national-wide escalated technical problems

  • Upgrade China Service’s tech. capability by enhancing Field Service Engineers’ assessment and development system, facilitating the knowledge transfer, and building up the technical pipeline
  • Set up standardized process/system to strengthen technical problems’ escalation and solving effectiveness, which conform with ISO quality system
  • Coordinate and leverage MFG resources for product resolutions

Training Center Management

  • Develop Technical Training Center to deliver effective tech. application support and training to our external customers
  • Apply diverse or innovative training approaches to meet customers need in the long run
  • Optimize the customer experience by better meet their needs, and enhance our influence in the market

Practical Process Improvement

  • Gain insight into service operations and business improvement opportunities by cooperating with cross-fun. teams
  • Lead local PPI projects and drive implementation to realize business excellence
  • Involve in and leverage APAC/Global PPI Programs in Service function to optimize local operations
  • Responsible for the Rolling Action Item List to continuously drive business improvement or cost saving
  • Guide teams to establish and optimize the process to meet the ISO quality system

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Over 12 years’ experience in large size organization, related industry or tech. service industry will be a plus
  • Extensive experience in leading and developing technical teams, with breadth of technology, services and business acumen
  • Previous experience with process improvement is preferred
  • Experience working successfully within a complex matrix environment
  • Continuous improvement skills with strong evidence of a process orientation
  • Strong leadership with proven success
  • Strong Critical thinking, analytical, and presentation skills
  • Outstanding communication skills both oral and written
