Responsibilities：

1. Collect, collate and consolidate macro-economic and property market data for the Western China market includings Chengdu,Chongqing and Xi'an

2. Ensure the timeliness and quality of all regular research publications

3. Presentations to internal and external clients, with guidance and support from the China Research Head

4. Expand research coverage to various second tier cities in the West China region

5. Perform any other duties assigned by the China Research Head

Person Specification

1. Bachelor's degree or above with a specialization in economics, real estate or a related discipline,Master degree or above in overseas famous university

2. Minimum 8 years of work experience ideally, in the real estate market

3. Proficient use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

4. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with logical thinking and opinions

5. Good language skills, with fluent English and excellent Chinese writing and presenting techniques

6. Basic knowledge of real estate market and economic dynamics, and their application to analyses

7. Strong teamwork and professional work attitude
