Job Description And Responsibility
- Focus on business development in certain industries with a sales target;
- Familiar with the industry, market and key players, some key connections are preferred;
- Outstanding BD skills and market development capabilities;
- Keen sense and deep insights of market are a plus;
- Willing to improve oneself by keeping studying;Love BD work with passion
- Identify new business fields and improve existing ones by analyzing future trends and drivers (political, economic, social, technological) by e.g. attending business relative conferences and events
- Propose market entry or business improvement strategies based on supporting business case summarize and present research results to management;
- Lead innovation activities, organize ideation campaigns/workshops, develop and prioritize new ideas, drive innovation ideas through process until start of development;
- Based on up-to-date market information, develop the potential clients of different industries and keep in track of them;
- Build up close relationship with management of enterpriser and government;
- Performing research on marketing development strategies and methodologies; continuously enhancing the reputation of the Firm in the market.
Qualification:
Essential Experience and Skills
- 5+ years of experience in business development, market development strategic partnerships, or program/product management relates to infrastructure and cloud technology
- Broad global experience
- Experience working with product/service development teams and their outbound functions
- Proven success in managing leaders and setting the stage for your large, diverse, and deeply talented teams to succeed
- Experienced and confident working with Sr. Stakeholders and Executive teams
- Track record of building rapport with senior customer executives (e.g. CEO, CIO, CTO), building close relationships and closing large revenue accounts
- Ability to successfully negotiate complex deals with customers and partners
- Motivated self-starter, proactive and action-oriented
- Strategic problem solving and well developed collaboration skills
