Director Marketing & Loyalty, Indonesia & Malaysia

The Director of Marketing & Loyalty, Indonesia & Malaysia is responsible of implementing the Accor digital and loyalty strategy across Indonesia & Malaysia and increase ALL – Accor Live Limitless – awareness in the 2 countries.

    What you will be doing:
    • Lead digital and integrated marketing strategy formulation for region and direct the team in creating initiatives to achieve business goals /KPI and grow revenue
    • Develop and present strategies and results to senior leadership throughout the region
    • Secure hotel engagement as the Key point of contact for regional operations leadership, hotel general managers and owners to ensure best-in-class hotel recruitment, in-hotel member experience, programs benefit compliance, reporting and overall participation in Accor loyalty and membership programs and strategic initiatives.


Your experience and skills include:

    • Master Degree from Marketing, Digital Marketing, Loyalty
    • Minimum 10 years of experience
    • Proficient in Microsoft applications especially Excel and Power point
    • Excellent English written and verbal communication, and presentation skills
    • Savvy in digital marketing, media technologies
    • Analytical skills, able to present conclusions and make recommendations
    • Negotiation and influencing skills
    • Revenue and commercially focused & be able to implement strategies to support hotels
    • Customer centric and loyalty minded
    • Interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all stakeholders and levels of employees
