We’re looking for an experienced Human Resources leader to join our Sourcing division in Asia. This position is located in our Dongguan office and supports more than 600 associates in China, Vietnam and Ethiopia.

• Provide leadership and thought partnership to develop integrated talent strategies that align with business objectives
• Oversee talent acquisition and executive development, leveraging people analytics and insights to drive organizational performance
• Offer strong leadership, coaching and consensus-building skills with the ability to think strategically and act tactically

We seek people with these qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• Degree in Human Resources or advanced degree a plus
• 10+ years Human Resources experience
• Previous experience leading talent acquisition, organizational development, learning or other HR functions
• Bi-lingual and proficient in Mandarin and Cantonese
• Exceptional influencing, partnering and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, relationship-building and collaboration skills
