Your challenge

Job Responsibility:
Implementing of standard processes and tools adhering to the MANN+HUMMEL operating model Lead & Manage people, setting the tone for the corporate culture to achieve a High Performance MANN+HUMMEL Workplace
Strategically and operationally responsible for leading the Service Center management team to achieve efficient and effective, high-performance services for all of the participating authorities
Accountable to drive Quality Improvements and Productivity Enhancements
Set up strategic goals / targets for the team members in line with strategy road map and ensure the achievement
Successful service level agreement negotiations, implementation and monitoring of delivery
To ensure high levels of customer focus, satisfaction and manage the interface with the key stakeholders
To manage and control budgets effectively, including traded services and third party contracts
Ensuring that the Revenues and Benefits of the Service Center comply with statutory requirements/obligations, in accordance with the MANN+HUMMEL directions and the partner organizations’ requirements
Your profile

Job Requirement:
University degree with majors in finance OR business administration
At least 3+ years in a relevant Shared Services/ GBS role
Between 5 years in middle/senior management position
Proven experience creating a high performance work environment
Strong interpersonal & communication skills with special emphasis to operate within virtual staff/team environment
Prior experience of working in a multi-cultural environment
Excellent command of English language
Focus on continuous improvement, capitalizing on technological and business advancements and opportunities
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
General knowledge of ERP systems
