JOB SUMMARY

Leading the Organization Team on development and implementation of sustainable fundraising strategies & programs targeted at organizations to contribute to achievement of fundraising objectives of ORBIS. He/she will be responsilbe for acquiring and retaining organization donors which include corporations, associations, foundations, governments, etc in Hong Kong.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement new and creative corporate products and marketing strategies to engage corporate partnerships for fundraising and donor acquisition purposes
• Strategically target new corporate partners whose business interests align with Orbis’s mission and geographic presence and build a new prospect pipeline
• Manage and grow Orbis’s portfolio of corporate, foundation, other organizational donors and gift-in-kind donors through the cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of donors
• Develop quality standards and performance metrics for fundraising campaigns and continuously improve the effectiveness of future campaigns.
• Develop the tools, processes and systems necessary for a successful partnership program; formulate and closely monitor the budget.
• Supervise and mentor the Organizations team, providing leadership, inspiration, accountability and opportunities for professional growth
• Explore and maximize fundraising opportunities in other markets especially in Asia.
• Support other fundraising offices as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• University graduate major in business administration, marketing, or related field
• Minimum 15 years proven marketing or fundraising experience in corporate or nonprofit organizations, with demonstrated success in securing revenue and expanding business

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Excellent strategic planning and management skills with strong leadership
• Excellent communication skills, presentation and interpersonal skills with ability to motivate others and build relationships, both inside and outside the organization
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
