Plan and implement training programs according to annual training strategy/calendar to increase Sales team productivity/service.
 Plan and implement following training:
 New BC orientation / training.
 New product training on skincare.
 Skin Analyzer & iPad training.
 Skincare Professionalization & Specialization Training
 Any special training that has been requested by Training manager
 Take charge of Skincare ambassador program recruitment / retain / development
 In charge of cabin / facial service training and execution follow-ups.
 Responsible for annual Skincare Seminar arrangement / preparation / follow-up
 Take charge of the given field support assignment:
 GROW
 POS follow-up for novelties launches / Professionalization & Specialization Training
 Assist in Beauty Class / Facial services / Make-Up events
 In charge of organization/maintenance of training room and database; responsible for material application/allocation (including BC gifts).
 Support marketing / PR events.
